We’re excited to announce tutors are now able to create meeting packages. This allows tutors to provide discounts to students when they purchase multiple meetings at once. Students who purchase multiple meetings are able to see them on their dashboard as unscheduled, and pick a date and time that suit everyone when they need help.

Popless is committed to making the tutoring experience work seamlessly for both students and tutors. But it's the nature of all business that, sooner or later, refunds will be necessary. That’s why we’re making it easy for tutors to issue same day refunds to students.

Popless tutors can now start a whiteboard session from any video meeting by navigating to the Share button at the bottom of the screen. Tutors and students can collaborate and use the whiteboard for mapping out flow charts, drawing, and writing code. All the work will be saved for future viewing so you can come back to it anytime.

This update adds the ability for students to instantly message tutors directly from the tutor’s profile page. If you've read a tutors profile and you still have questions, you can message to ask about availability, expertise, and your specific needs, etc. To get started, visit a tutors profile, and click or tap Contact tutor to send a message.

From today, you can easily see the impact you’re making and track your tutoring progress. Go to Insights and you’ll find important details about how many minutes you’ve tutored, the number of bookings you’ve received, and how much you’ve earned.

Popless availability settings are perfect for setting when you’re available and what services you’re available for. Today we’re introducing a new way to manage your time. By connecting your Google calendar, you can choose to export your Popless bookings to Google calendar automatically, and if you’re a tutor, Popless will check your calendar for times when you’re busy, and exclude them from your availability to prevent double bookings.

Students are now able to share details about what they want to learn as soon as they schedule time with a tutor. This helps tutors tailor their lessons and set students up for the best learning experience.

Sometimes, things come up and students have to cancel. To keep things running smoothly, you can now choose a cancelation policy that best suits you. Your chosen cancelation policy will appear on your profile, so people who schedule time with you will be aware of it upfront. You can also decide not to have a cancellation policy, but that’s totally up to you.

Whether you’re a student who wants to know more about a tutor, or a tutor who goes above and beyond to build relationships with everyone your work with, getting in touch with anyone on Popless starts a message thread you can always go back to. Once you’ve started a conversation, your inbox helps you keep all your communication organized for all your meets. Just go to your Inbox and click on a message thread to read an existing message or send a new one.

Introducing your Popless wallet. You can now securely receive payments from people in over 45 countries and in 120 currencies and be paid out on the same day. To withdraw your funds, you'll need to set up a payout method on your Popless profile. The date that you'll get the funds will depend on your financial institution and whether the payout is released on a weekend or bank holiday. Most often, you’ll receive your funds 1-3 days after the request was made.
